Edit April 28, 2020.
I met Sean Crinion way back in 2015. He had been buying grapes from good vineyard locations and making wine.
He had a deft touch in the winery, producing balanced wines without too much intervention.
I am not sure who put me in contact with him, but we ended up grabbing a coffee and having a long chat. He is a good guy and I have no doubt his label is growing back in Australia.
I have a few of his wines left in storage. I am uncertain of their cellaring potential. If I get back to Australia I will drink them.
I drank this along side the 2013 Hillcrest Reserve. To compare the two would be unfair. Memory fails me on the specifics.
